This website is operated by Bita Bardi, MSc.Ed., MA (CP), Registered Psychotherapist (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, registration no. 11206), under the name A Life Worth Flourishing, 110 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S 2W7. This policy explains what personal information the website collects and how it is used.

Consultation requests

If you request a free consultation, the form sends your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you are interested in, preferred contact times and your short message to Bita by email. The form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. This information is used only to contact you and arrange the consultation. Please do not include detailed health information in the form; you can share it safely in session.

Flourishing Notes and the retreat waitlist

If you subscribe to Flourishing Notes or join the retreat waitlist, your first name and email address are stored with MailerLite, our email service provider, and used only to send you those emails. You confirm your subscription by email, and every email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Client records

Client records are kept confidential and secure, in line with the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Information shared in therapy is not used for marketing.

Service providers and storage

The form-delivery and email services may store and process information on servers outside Canada. They act on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
